The Orthodox Parish of Southeast Finland – Briefly in English
The Orthodox Parish of Southeast Finland (Kaakkois-Suomen ortodoksinen seurakunta) is part of the Orthodox Church of Finland and the Ecumenical Patriarchate of Constantinople.
Our parish serves members and friends of the Orthodox faith across three local areas: Lappeenranta-Imatra, Kouvola-Hamina and Kotka-Loviisa. We are a welcoming and diverse community, united in prayer and faith in Christ.
Worship and Services
Worship is the heart of our parish life. Regular services are held in our churches across the parish areas. Everyone is warmly welcome to attend, also those who do not speak Finnish.
Parish Life and Activities
Throughout the year we organize different kinds of gatherings and celebrations, such as concerts, family events, and activities for children and youth. There are also various parish groups and clubs where people can meet, share, and serve together.
